The vision of Highland Oaks Elementary is to promote

collaboration between staff, parents, community members

and students to achieve academic excellence. We strive to

create a safe environment, which fosters the development

of responsible, caring students who are lifelong learners

that are prepared to meet the challenges of our

ever changing society.
